About these terms

These terms cover your use of the website at hungryraccoonapp.com. By using the site, you agree to them. The HungryRaccoon app isn't available yet; it will come with its own terms, which we'll publish before it launches.

What the site is for

This site introduces HungryRaccoon, a social food app in the making for Phnom Penh, Cambodia: rate places, make and share lists, and follow friends. It's for information only. You don't need an account, and there's nothing to buy.

Information on the site

The screenshots and examples show the app while it is still being built. Restaurant names, opening times and ratings in them are previews and may be out of date or wrong, so please don't rely on them. Check with the restaurant before you go.

Our content

The HungryRaccoon name, logo, text and design of this site belong to HungryRaccoon. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their owners. The food image on the home page is an illustration, not a photo of a particular restaurant's dish.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or use automated tools to copy large parts of it.

Links to other sites

The site links to our Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok pages. We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.

No guarantees

We provide this site as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
